“I founded Beauty Cares because I know from personal experience that domestic violence is devastating. Its damaging effect on self-esteem continues for many years and when children are involved, they are disempowered and emotionally scarred. Through Beauty Cares, I am committed to educate children and adults about the warning signs of domestic violence, help them to avoid becoming victimized, and provide survivors with the loveing support required to break this excruciating cycle. I believe that every human being deserves to live with dignity, and that every child deserves to feel safe.”

His expertise in corporate law and accomplishments in civil rights advocacy make Nelson essential to the team.

Mary brings her accounting experience, extensive background within the financial industry and solid gold integrity to her position on the board.

Camille Siegel – Director of Operations
Camille obtained her unmatchable traits of resourcefulness and tenacity in the rough and tumble world of New York advertising, where every deadline is “by yesterday;” her ability to traffic-manage and trouble-shoot ensures that each event goes off seamlessly.

I knew from the moment I heard about the Breakthrough Experience that this vision would succeed in bringing peace, harmony and education to survivors.
